Description: Green Malayan Jamaican Coconut trees are a tropical, beautiful staple to any landscape design. This trees have thin bases and trunks that grow at a moderate rate beyond 25 feet in height. These trees are incredibly drought and salt tolerant, making them a great plant for tropical and coastal locations, such as South Florida.

Maintenance & Care: These coconut trees need to be watered weekly for the first few months after planting, but then can be watered less regularly if necessary. Fronds that have turned completely brown need to be trimmed off the tree as needed. It is recommended that these trees are fertilized 3-4 times a year with palm fertilizer.
